Help & Tips - Set up a QuickCheck link

Wouldn't it be great if you could check what's available for your bike with just one simple action? Well you can!! Here's how:

There are two ways of setting up a QuickCheck link; you can either set up a bookmark/favourite or add an icon to your desktop. Just follow these steps:

1. Firstly, go to the gear4bikes.com Search page.

2. Next, type in the model of bike that you have (i.e. GSF1200, or whatever search you're interested in) then click Search.

3. When the search results appear simply BOOKMARK the page (i.e. add it to your Favourites)...

4. OR, make the browser window small enough to allow you to see your desktop underneath and then click the blue "e" in the address bar of the browser and drag it onto your desktop. This will create an internet shortcut back to the page.

Whichever method you choose, when you subsequently go to the bookmark you created or hit the internet shortcut on your desktop; you will get the latest up-to-date price list of items available for your bike (or whatever you searched for originally). The advantages of this mean that for one simple action you can:

• See if any new products have been added for your bike

• Check the latest prices

• Buy stuff even quicker!

(The above advice will work best for Windows users with Internet Explorer, but similar results may be possible for other operating systems/browsers).
